Janet was born and raised in the East Bay and has lived in Lafayette, Walnut Creek, Berkeley, Oakland, and Clayton. She relocated to El Dorado County in 2020 to enjoy a more mellow lifestyle but still maintains her Bay Area connections. As a former third grade teacher who made the transition to real estate in 2015, Janet uses the oral communication and organizational skills that served her in the classroom to support her real estate clients. With one foot in El Dorado County and one in the Bay Area, Janet enjoys being a bridge for her clients in both locations and helping them access the best of each area.

Natalie was born and raised in the Bay Area and relocated to El Dorado County in 2020. She is a certified educational therapist and dyslexia specialist who became a Realtor in 2021. As a member of the Powell Team, Natalie assists Janet with transactions and manages the team's website and social media. She finds that both educational therapy and real estate require skills in oral and written communication and maintaining client relationships, so transitioning between each role is seamless. Natalie moved to El Dorado County to enjoy an active, outdoor lifestyle and enjoys helping buyers achieve the same.
